Modern day society is somewhat obsessed with healthy eating and becoming more and more health conscious in general. Ok, maybe obsessed is a little extreme, but I know I’m not too far off the mark!

Although knowledge is said to be the key with regards to everything in life, and puts us head and shoulders above the competition, sometimes too much knowledge can lead to indecision. What is regarded as healthy eating seems to change on an almost daily basis. We as individuals simply do not have any hope of achieving anything of any real significance when we are pulled in a million and one different directions.

The aim of this website is to steer you through the minefield that is healthy eating, and to share my own and my husband’s experiences with you all. This is for all intent purposes the result of our passion and our thirst for acquiring new and essential information.

In an ideal world, eating healthy would ensure that our bodies are always functioning at their optimum levels. In addition, the stresses and strains of modern day living would not affect us. The piece of resistance would of course be that we would all have delectable bodies like those exquisite creatures of Hollywood fame!
